Adobe is looking for a Contracts Operations Specialist to join our Sales Ops team. The Specialist will ensure our compliance with all contract requirements, working closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, HR, procurement, legal, and others.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our contractual obligations and ensure that all contractual requirements are met
  • Provide support to Adobe's government contracts compliance program
  • Develop processes to operationalize non-standard terms in government contracts
  • Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with government contract requirements
  • Ensure compliant practices in the delivery of professional services (e.g., labor charging)
  • Conduct reviews and audits to assess compliance with contract requirements and identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain required registrations with government entities (e.g., SAM)
  • Completion of various customer-required certifications and representations
  • Completion of various customer-required questionnaires and forms
  • Work with Finance and Operations teams to ensure timely submission of required reports and fees
  • Manage/maintain pricelists, including maintaining compliance with price ceilings, updating prices as required, and ensuring accuracy of pricing information

What you'll need to succeed:

  • 3+ years of in SaaS dealing with contracts
  • Experience with government contracts or supporting government contracts compliance programs is highly desirable
  • Ability to establish policies & procedures to ensure contractual obligations are tracked and met
  • Highly organized and strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $81,200 -- $168,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
