We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our team; Quality is a primary aspect of our SPM product, and as Senior QA Engineer you will have a profound impact in helping us to deliver world-class products to customers in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment. You will bring your upbeat personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and real passion for a positive user experience.

What you'll Do

  • User-Centric Testing – Ensure a deep understanding of the end-user needs and pain points to validate that the product meets business and customer expectations.
  • Create, update, and maintain test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts.
  • Perform both manual and automated testing for complex projects to ensure high product quality.
  • Work closely with Product Manager, Program Manager, and Software Developers to provide technical analysis of defects and periodically publish statistical reports to all stakeholders.
  • Develop and enhance QA tools, applications, or processes to improve overall quality assurance and test efficiency.
  • Automate regression tests to streamline the testing cycle and improve release confidence.
  • Advocate and enforce QA best practices, standards, and processes across the organization.
  • Ensure end-to-end test management, including test execution, defect tracking, and quality reporting

What you need to succeed

  • B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent degree with 7-10 years of relevant experience in software testing and quality assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of test methodologies, including structural testing, functional testing, integration testing, performance testing, acceptance testing, and system testing.
  • Hands-on experience in test automation and building testing frameworks is required.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java, JavaScript, C/C++, or Python.
  • Expertise in Selenium for UI automation.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and their impact on software quality.
  • Experience with REST API and UI Testing of web applications and SaaS products.
  • Ability to write comprehensive test plans for end-to-end workflows in SaaS environments.
  • Ability to work independently in an agile development environment.
  • Preferred: Experience with Anaplan, SQL, Power BI, and Power Apps.
  • Passion for building high-quality software products and ensuring seamless user experiences.
