Individual ContributorThe Adobe DX Competitive Center of Excellence (CCoE) team is looking for a Sr. Competitive Intelligence Manager (Individual Contributor IC) with a strong analytical skills and a track record of leading successful win-loss programs from planning through measuring results.
The ideal candidate will responsible for leading Adobe's Digital Experience Voice of Buyer Win-Loss Program from planning, through automating the pipeline process, through supervising the 3rd party vendor, analyzing data, preparing reports, communicating insights to business leaders, and ultimately, measuring results.
As part of the Competitive Intelligence team, you'll also be collaborating with cross-functional teams on other competitive intelligence projects. We invite applications from all suitably qualified persons regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion, belief, sexual orientation or age.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and run Adobe’s Digital Experience customer win/loss program- From planning, through building pipeline all the way to preparing in-depth reports and presenting findings and recommendations to business leaders.
- Collaborate with Sales Ops, PM, PMMs, and other teams to tailor interview guides and gather valuable customer feedback.
- Lead the 3rd party win-loss vendor
- Prepare and communicate results of the win/loss interviews with business implications and actionable recommendations for GTM strategies.
- Build and maintain an active network of internal and external intelligence sources. Develop and maintain a bank of relevant secondary data sources
- Respond to ad hoc key business questions with in-depth analysis
- Partner with Sales Operations to build win-loss pipeline and processes.
- Monitor, analyze, distill, and communicate competitive dynamics in the CXM market, identify emerging trends, competitive threats, gaps, etc.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of work experience in Competitive Intelligence, qualitative and quantitative research, strategic marketing, in the B2B enterprise software sector (i.e., CRM, Customers Experience Software, eCommerce, eMarketing, Analytics, Content Management Systems)
- Proven experience leading and managing successful win/loss programs for large organizations in the High Tech sector.
- Experience working with 3rd party win-loss vendors
- Comfortable working with executives and management teams and communicating findings.
- Follow ethical standards and align with the laws and regulations applicable to the job function.

- Strong, written and oral communication skills with the ability to make presentations to C-level executives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively lead multiple, concurrent projects and achieve breakthroughs.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results.
- Excellent social skills. Ability to forge good working relationships with internal clients at all levels, industry experts/analysts and service providers.
- Flexible work style, sufficient to function effectively with changing directives and priorities.

The U.S. pay range for this position is $125,500 -- $220,800 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
