EMPLOYEE ROLE

Individual Contributor

Adobe Creative Cloud is evolving with new creativity approaches. We need a Director of Engineering Program Management to lead AI programs, starting with AI agents in 2025.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role within the Creative Product Group (CPG). You’ll be at the center of Adobe’s most strategic bets in AI, leading complex, cross-functional programs from incubation to scaled impact.

You’ll bring rigor, velocity, and alignment across product, engineering, research, and design while also helping shape the longer-term strategy for AI across Creative Cloud. This role is ideal for a seasoned program leader who can operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, and thrives in ambiguous, high-stakes environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of Adobe’s AI agents roadmap across key Creative Cloud products.

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Research to drive clarity, prioritization, and delivery of high-complexity AI initiatives.

  • Build and scale durable program infrastructure to support AI development across modalities (image, video, design, 3D, etc.).

  • Serve as a connective tissue across teams—ensuring alignment of roadmaps, decisions, and experiments across orgs.

  • Operationalize ethical and responsible AI development in partnership with legal, policy, and platform teams.

  • Establish scalable processes and standard methodologies for cross-org AI execution to lay the foundation for future AI programs across CPG.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 10–15+ years of experience in technical program management or product delivery, with a strong background leading cross-functional AI or platform programs.

  • Strong proficiency in AI/ML concepts, including foundation models, LLMs, agents, and data/compute infrastructure.

  • Outstanding program leadership skills—clear problem solver, systems operator, bias toward action, and calm under pressure.

  • Experience driving 0→1 and 1→n technical initiatives at scale in fast-paced environments.

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and build clarity through strong frameworks, documentation, and storytelling.

  • Strong influence skills and executive presence—able to drive alignment without authority.

  • BA/BS Degree required.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with creative tools or workflows in design, video, imaging, or generative content.

  • Experience partnering with Research or Responsible AI teams on experimental technologies.

  • Technical background (CS or engineering degree preferred) with hands-on experience working with AI systems.
