As a Front-End Engineer for Adobe Learning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in crafting the future of digital experiences. Adobe Learning Manager stands at the forefront of the rapidly expanding eLearning market, serving diverse needs such as customer and partner education, sales enablement, and employee skill development. Our unified, scalable platform is redefining the learning experience worldwide with AI/ML-powered intuitive workflows.

What you'll Do

  • Build intuitive and best-in class user interfaces and implement front ends for SaaS applications

  • Own product solutions through their end-to-end development lifecycle ensuring high quality.

  • Gather and refine specifications based on technical requirements or UX design.

  • Engage with customers and product management teams to understand the need and design an innovative solution.

  • Elaborating the feature scope through competition analysis, research on recent technologies and trends to deliver the best-in-class and often next-in-class solutions and iteratively work with customers to finesse the solution.

  • Craft detailed use cases, design, build, test, and deploy stable, scalable, cost-effective, and simple solutions.

  • Handle non-functional requirements like performance, memory leaks, security at the solution level.

  • Stay on top of industry trends and promote the adoption and evolution of the standard methodologies. Mentor junior developers to enhance team's potential.

  • Demonstrate thought leadership through domain and technology presentations, while integrating the latest tech trends into the product.

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering

  • 4-8 years' experience in developing a customer-focused, medium to large-scale SaaS product using various client-side technologies like JS, AJAX, CSS, HTML5 technologies and frameworks.

  • Any experience in building FE of data analytics software/reports and knowledge of other data analytics visualization tools like PowerBI, Looker etc is a big plus.

  • Proficiency in one or more of the client-side application frameworks such as React, Vue, Angular

  • Strong understanding of user interface and user experience (UI/UX) design

  • Work with back-end developers to integrate UI components with APIs and databases.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Passionate about solving exciting problems for customers – ready to explore new grounds in technology and user experience.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity, adaptability to evolving priorities, and the ability to lead a team while working autonomously. Demonstrated ability to influence technical and non-technical partners.

  • A steadfast pursuit of great customer experiences and continuous improvements to the product.
