Position Summary
The Ultimate Success offering is a service that supports the Adobe Digital Experience and Digital Media product suites. These services are used to proactively maintain healthy technical structures and reactively triage issues as they arise.
As a Strategic Product Operations Manager you will be guided by a commitment to understand our customers' unique needs and goals. We enable product execution for the Ultimate Success product and guide Ultimate Success delivery teams with precision and agility so they can focus on serving our end customers quickly and efficiently. We strive for flawless implementation of strategic internal initiatives and the timely delivery of solutions that exceed our customers' expectations.
Preferred Qualifications
- 10 years of experience building and executing scaled global technical teams and/or internal operations teams.
- Experience in project management, product management, operations management and/or vendor management.
- Gathering and analyzing product usage data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and inform product strategy.
- Streamlining product development workflows, including feature prioritization, launch processes, and post-launch monitoring.
- Acting as a bridge between product, engineering, marketing, and other teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Assisting new product team members with understanding product processes, tools, and company goals.
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to inform product development and improvements.
- Presenting data-driven insights to stakeholders, including leadership teams, to guide product strategy.
- Expertise in taking complex business challenges and/or solutions and structuring and presenting them in a way that delivers insights and is meaningful for target audience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the regional Ultimate Success delivery team point of contact and drive global knowledge management of processes and internal system usage.
- Provide centralized service to Sales Specialists in your region to ensure consistent process and tool management.
- Facilitate weekly sessions to review intake requests, work with the business on prioritization and provide internal system and reporting roadmap.
- Act as liaison to Ultimate Success Delivery teams into internal support paths. Work with internal stakeholders to identify initiatives needed to drive efficiencies and business goals.
- Ensure all requirements for internal systems, tools, processes, and reporting are funnelled into the internal operations teams. Own gathering business requirements and contribute to global prioritisation needed to implement the changes and maintain global standardisation.
- Act as the key contributor into our internal enablement and change management framework. You will help craft the internal messaging and enablement plan so it represents the needs in your region to support the service offering.
- Work closely with the Resource Management Office regarding any tooling or process needs to support staffing to ensure timely flow of work to support flawless execution of services.

The U.S. pay range for this position is $103,900 -- $209,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
