The Opportunity

Adobe.com is one of the most heavily trafficked corporate websites in the world, and a primary interaction point for our customers. Within Adobe.com, the Experience and Engagement (XE) organization is responsible for surfaces that unlock membership value by helping customers discover, access, and successfully use our solutions.

As a Web Analyst within XE, you will drive deep customer understanding and business impact from our surfaces using web analytics, cloud data platforms, and BI tools. We are looking for a creative problem solver and data storyteller to collaborate with global teams to build engaging experiences.

What you’ll do

  • Unpack Customer Journeys: Use frontend analytics tools and backend data sources to understand and map out customer journeys across key web and in-app surfaces. Analyze visitor behavior, user intent, and customer dimensions to evaluate content effectiveness, self-service success, and ARR impact.
  • Evaluate Surface Performance: Lead insights and analytics for our knowledge surfaces including the help center website, community products, and learning platforms. Use dashboards/frontend visualization tools to evaluate performance trends and deliver product insights. Supplement with backend queries (SQL/Python) to answer novel business questions and understand customer journeys.
  • Optimize Experiences: Uncover opportunities and facilitate A/B tests and strategic JDIs to improve engagement on our surfaces and drive growth. Analyze test results to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with various teams (Product, Customer Support, Sales, Marketing, GTM) to understand business and customer needs, and enable them to make data-driven decisions.
  • Enhance Data Infrastructure: Partner with data engineering to build and enhance the data/insights infrastructure, helping with the creation and enhancement of vital reports and dashboards to visually communicate insights effectively and enable self-serve and scalability.
  • Present Findings: Translate findings into powerful presentations and data assets help partner teams understand opportunities and track progress on key initiatives.

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience in advanced data analytics and reporting; MBA or Masters or equivalent experience in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Statistics, Engineering, IT, Business Analytics) is a plus.
  • Experience in analytics, particularly in B2C, SaaS, and eCommerce.
  • Proficiency with web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Expertise in SQL (Hadoop/Hive/Databricks) and familiarity with at least one data science tool (Python or R).
  • Expertise in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and statistical hypothesis testing.
  • Superb communication skills to present complex data clearly and effectively, conveying insights in a compelling manner that inspires action.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously; agile development and Jira experience preferred.
  • Attention to detail while maintaining a big-picture perspective.
  • High energy, good work ethic, and a passion for problem-solving.
  • Finesse in collaborating with multiple teams in a matrixed environment
