As a Software Development Engineer 3, you will be a core member of our dynamic Experience Intelligence team. This is an outstanding opportunity to work on innovative AI products that influence how companies interact with their customers globally.

What you'll Do

  • Develop and maintain software solutions that deliver AI functionalities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft and implement world-class digital experiences
  • Ensure flawless integration of AI services within our product suite
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges with a focus on performance and scalability
  • Contribute to encouraging a collaborative and inclusive team environment

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in software development, with expertise in at least one programming language (Python, Java, or C++)
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience in implementing these technologies
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
  • Demonstrated ability to work strictly within deadlines and deliver high-quality results
  • Strong communication skills, with a collaborative approach and a passion for innovation
