The Adobe Document Cloud Web Integrations team is looking for a talented, highly motivated engineer and technical thinker to join a high calibre fast paced team. The team is involved in building “Acrobat on the web” with a mission to take Acrobat where ever the users are. With our ground breaking innovation Acrobat Extension for Chrome has become the fastest growing product in Adobe Document Cloud’s history. Similarly, our Acrobat solutions for Google Workspace, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook and Box are unlocking key workflows for our customers in these spaces. The engineer would be responsible to build delightful customer experiences for these customers who use Acrobat in their ecosystems. The engineer is expected to have deep experience of building responsive, low-latency, high-performance web applications & distributed systems.


What will you do:
• Collaborate with architects, product management and other engineering teams to create the technical vision, and roadmap for the team.
• Design, development and testing of fluid, responsive, secure, large scale web applications.
• Define and drive the best software development/engineering and operational practices for the team.
• Explore best in industry design patterns and managed services and use them in building efficient and reliable services.
• Mentor and help junior team members to excel.

Must have skills:
• Experience in design and development of web-based software systems
• B.S/B.E./B. Tech. in Computer Science or equivalent engineering degree
• Strong hands-on experience in front-end technologies and coding skills in HTML, JS, React etc.
• Good to have experience on Java, C++, Python or any other server-side programming languages.


Preferred skills:
• Experience with front end frameworks like React. Angular etc.
• Experience with technical operations and CI/CD
• Familiarity with REST APIs & Cloud Services paradigms
• Familiarity with monitoring systems like Splunk, NewRelic, Grafana etc.
• Experience on Agile Processes and practices.
