THE OPPORTUNITY

As Director of Adobe Enterprise Business Web Strategy, you will be responsible for the development and optimization of web strategies that align to and support Adobe’s enterprise business strategies across our business.adobe.com (BACOM) digital presence. You will function as a single point of contact to gather, define, communicate, and supervise enterprise marketing web requirements and how they are activated across: web refreshes, navigation elements, information architecture and engagement capabilities (forms, search, etc). You will collaborate directly with the Adobe.com Web Marketing team to implement, test, and improve these strategies.

You will play a central role in leading and defining strategy and roadmap, communicating requirements across teams and functions, prioritizing feedback, gaining agreement from internal partners, and ultimately ensuring that the experiences Adobe provides visitors to BACOM meet and exceed their needs while achieving Adobe’s strategic objectives. We need a leader with strong abilities to establish a vision, prioritize requirements, and communicate effectively.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Act as the single point of contact for collecting and coalescing Enterprise Marketing web requirements.
  • Manage the intersection of customer requirements and business objectives, distilling and prioritizing such and represent those back to the web team.
  • Work across the business to define the vision and strategic objectives for the website, leveraging insights from opportunity assessments, competitive analyses, stakeholder interviews, customer needs, and data insights.
  • Partner with web team to develop a strong POV on information architecture and global navigation to help prospects and customers in deep self-education/discovery
  • Proactively research, identify, and innovate modern-web solutions and capabilities to BACOM and Enterprise Marketing Digital teams to optimize customer engagement
  • Scope and plan the requirements and responsibilities of an expanded team designed to articulate and advance the web-based needs of Adobe Enterprise Product and Marketing teams.
  • Partner with the Product, Marketing, and other relevant organizations within Adobe to achieve Adobe’s strategic objectives for BACOM and other relevant Adobe web properties.
  • Deeply understand Adobe’s Enterprise business while equally understanding customer needs for exploration, learning, engagement, and community by applying user insights, journeys, and persona research.
  • Manage and work with data analysts to improve end-to-end measurement capabilities at the customer level to gain insight into customer use of the site and business impact.
  • Understand and share accountability with web team for BACOM site performance and business impact BACOM can have in service of customer engagement and progression
  • Define target audiences and tailor web content, design, and user journeys to meet their needs.
  • Engage with internal partners in developing and following standard methods for measuring success to monitor web performance and suggest areas for improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of web projects and campaigns.
  • Partner with content strategy teams, ensuring that the website’s content is user-centric and optimized for search engines (SEO) and provides value to users.
  • Work closely with design and UX teams to ensure web design is optimized for user experience, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Advocate for best practices in UI/UX design, ensuring the website is intuitive, efficient, and easy to navigate.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior leadership on web performance, KPIs, and recommendations for improvement.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • proven experience in web strategy, web development or digital marketing with increasing scope, responsibility, and impact in a high-tech environment
  • Consistent track record and experience leading web CX teams in a matrixed environment
  • MBA or equivalent experience.
  • Commitment to data-driven decision making with an ability to articulate the stories and insights available data will reveal.
  • Skills related to: digital marketing and SEO, web design and UX/UI, content management systems, project management
  • Confidently prioritize, make tough decisions, and implement for results in uncertain situations.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Motivated self-starter who creates energy and clarity while holding empathy for the end user experience and your coworker community that delivers those experiences.
  • Strong communication and social skills; ability to work across teams and geographies.
  • Confident and comfortable communicating with senior executives in a clear and concise manner.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $157,300 -- $301,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
