Are you a passionate web analytics leader? Do you enjoy finding insights that lead to action? We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Group Manager, B2B Web Analytics to lead our global web analytics team. Reporting to the Senior Director, B2B Web, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end web analytics strategy and execution, delivering actionable insights that drive website performance and B2B business outcomes. Understanding of B2B marketing funnels, website behavior analytics, critical metrics optimization, team management, communication with collaborators, data-driven decision-making required. We are a high-performing B2B Web Team driving the future of B2B Website delivery. Our team regularly acts as customer zero for new technology and enhancements!
What you'll Do
- Lead a direct and indirect team to provide in-depth analysis of global B2B web data to uncover trends, patterns, and performance drivers. Mentor them to deliver weekly run-the-business insight readouts covering Global teams and actions.
- Partner with Marketing Analytics to connect paid campaign efforts to web interactions and downstream outcomes, including stitching data from web to marketing enrichment to opportunity to booking.
- Partner with SEO and Web Product Managers to understand the enhancements and optimizations they are driving so your team can provide insights and additional action recommendations.
- Translate complex data into clear, compelling, and actionable insights for internal customers at all levels.
- Communicate analytical findings and strategic recommendations clearly and confidently to technical and non-technical team members, including senior leadership.
- Serve as the go-to expert for B2B web analytics across the organization.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive web analytics strategy aligned to business objectives.
- Define and continuously evolve performance measurements to assess and optimize web impact.
- Prioritize analytics initiatives that enhance the digital experience and drive measurable results.
- Deliver quarterly business reviews to executive leadership and broader partner teams
What you need to succeed
- 8+ years of experience in digital/web analytics with a focus on B2B environments.
- 5+ years of experience leading and mentoring analytics teams.
- Proficiency in enterprise-level web analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics).
- Strong data analysis capabilities and experience with querying and data visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI and Content Square).
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with an ability to tailor messages to various audiences.
- Deep understanding of B2B marketing and sales processes, customer journeys, and account-based behaviors.
- Knowledge of fundamental web development and SEO standard methodologies.
- Experience partnering with international teams and telling a global plus regional story a plus.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, global environment.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
