We’re passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.

We’re on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Connected TV Ads, to own the product vision and strategy for AI-powered video advertising across streaming and Connected TV (CTV) platforms. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you'll craft how marketers build, deliver, and measure ads at scale—utilizing GenAI, automation, and data-driven insights.

This role is tailor-made for a product leader coming from innovative video tech startups who understand the nuances of video creation and connected TV advertising and wants to scale that innovation to the biggest brands.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the CTV ad product vision inside GenStudio, focusing on intelligent video ad creation, dynamic delivery, and platform integrations.

  • Build core capabilities that allow users to create AI-enhanced, personalized, and high-performance video ads for CTV environments like Roku, Universal, Disney, and more.

  • Partner with GenAI teams to push boundaries on generative video for connected tv ecosystem, auto-versioning, voiceover synthesis, and visual storytelling.

  • Define and drive integrations with programmatic ad platforms, SSPs, and DSPs, enabling streamlined media activation from creative workflows.

  • Collaborate with analytics, data science, and measurement teams to surface campaign insights, optimize creative performance, and improve ROI tracking.

  • Engage with early-stage customers, marketers, and agencies to validate concepts and shape roadmap priorities.

  • Translate visionary concepts into actionable user stories, PRDs, and experiments in collaboration with engineering and design teams.

  • Act as a public-facing thought leader and evangelist for video innovation at GenStudio, both internally and in the industry.

You’re a Great Fit If You

  • Demonstrated track record of doing deep customer discovery to define and refine product concept and requirements

  • Have 5+ years of product management experience, with prior experience in connected tv video ads such as video creation, editing, or AI-based augment.

  • Possess a strong technical understanding of video formats, rendering technologies, or motion graphic implementations

  • Understand the CTV and streaming ad ecosystem, including interactive overlays, and shoppable ad formats.

  • Thrive in high-velocity environments where you can shape zero-to-one product strategy, execute quickly, and iterate based on signal.

  • Communicate clearly, inspire confidence, and can influence both technical teams and executive stakeholders.

  • Equally comfortable in customer calls as in a wireframe or a JIRA backlog.
