People ManagerWe are looking for an experienced Data Science Manager to lead a team passionate about understanding and improving user journeys across our digital products. This is an outstanding opportunity to be at the forefront of digital transformation, driving insights and strategies that craft the future of user experiences at Adobe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of analysts and product specialists in conducting comprehensive funnel analyses across web platforms.
- Identify and prioritize critical drop-off points — such as the significant gap between user search actions and result views — and develop strategies to address them.
- Benchmark funnel performance against other products to contextualize issues and uncover improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to drive data-informed changes.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership to influence roadmap decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting systems to monitor funnel performance over time.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in funnel analysis, user behavior analytics, and conversion rate optimization.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing analytical teams.
- Deep understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into strategic business insights.
- Background in product management, data science, or a related field is a plus.
