Designers are a crucial part of the culture and the product creation process at Behance. We design and develop all of our products internally. For every piece of design work you do, you will have the satisfaction of seeing that project through to final execution in the real world. It also means that you will be expected, and empowered, to deliver high-quality work on a daily basis.

We're looking for a highly skilled senior product designer with proven experience. Qualified candidates should have solid experience with UX and UI design, and a love for critical analysis and problem solving. Being able to articulate the thinking behind your design decisions is crucial. A solid background in visual design or product marketing is a plus.

Our ideal candidate is a curious, articulate, and intelligent designer — someone who wants to push the boundaries of design, technology and user experience, and is ready to take a project and run with it.

What You’ll Be Working On:

  • Expand the scope of our existing creator monetization efforts

  • Partner closely with product managers, and engineers to build cohesive, innovative, and user-centered designs

  • Concept & complete designs for existing and future feature sets and products

  • Build wireframes and functional prototypes

  • Engage in extensive product testing and iteration

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of Figma, Creative Cloud, and the tools of the trade

  • Passion for product design and problem solving

  • Strong eye for layout, color, and typography

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once

  • Ability to accurately set, handle, and meet deadlines

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Knowledge of prototyping tools is a plus
