People ManagerAs Director of Global Web Production for Japan and Asia Pacific, you will lead strategic collaboration with regional business partners to define and deliver high-impact initiatives across Adobe.com.
This position operates within a dynamic, fast-paced environment and requires close coordination with cross-functional teams around the world to ensure the successful execution of globally aligned, locally relevant digital experiences.

Lead and grow a strong team of Global Web Producers, cultivating talent and building a strong bench of future leaders.
Shape and drive critical initiatives to evolve and diversify Adobe’s regional web presence, with a strong focus on innovation and performance.
Influence the direction of Adobe.com across international markets, ensuring experiences are locally relevant and globally consistent.
What you'll do
Define and implement a cohesive web publishing strategy in partnership with cross-functional teams.
Oversee the execution of high-impact business initiatives that align with global priorities and local market needs.
Collaborate with corporate and international teams to ensure Adobe.com delivers both global consistency and local relevance.
Stay ahead of digital trends and regional market shifts to uncover optimization opportunities for Adobe.com in APJ.
Lead with empathy, supporting and growing a high-performing team of Global Web Producers through mentoring, coaching, and career development.
Champion the use of modern CMS tools, localization systems, and scalable publishing workflows.
Translate complex business and technical requirements into clear digital strategies for regional implementation.
What you need to succeed
8+ years of experience leading high-performing digital or web teams, ideally within a large, matrixed organization.
Proven global website experience—particularly in large tech or e-commerce companies.
Familiarity with CMS tools, localization workflows, regional campaign execution, and managing cross-cultural teams.
Strong leadership presence with a people-first mentality and the ability to bridge technical and creative fields.
Experience or knowledge of the Asia Pacific and Japan markets
Clear communicator, capable of articulating strategy and vision across all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated success delivering global initiatives with regional execution in mind.
