About you

We are looking for a full stack engineer leaning more towards front-end development who is comfortable developing and designing scalable software. If you have experience with modern Javascript frameworks and are looking to build modern, scalable software while collaborating with engineers, UX designers and Product Managers this is the job for you!

We are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, related discipline or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years' experience in developing and designing large scale Web applications with high availability and reliability, ideally in a SaaS environment.

  • Experience with one or more JavaScript UI toolkits, such as ReactJS, AngularJS, jQuery UI, ExtJS, EmberJS, BackboneJS is essential. Our team works on ReactJS and Redux.

  • Experience with NodeJS and server-side JavaScript.

  • Experience with Java preferable.

  • Experience with both relational and non-relational databases.

  • Experience with a version control system (Git preferred, SVN, Perforce, or CVS experience acceptable).

  • Experience with Agile (preferably Scrum) & Test-driven development is a bonus.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong ability to troubleshoot software problems.

Bonus points:

  • Familiarity with TypeScript

  • Familiarity with using Docker for development.

  • Familiarity with UI testing tools (e.g. Selenium, Cypress, Karma, etc.).

  • Experience with WebSocket communications.

  • Experience with CI tools (Jenkins, AWS CodeBuild)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $113,400 -- $206,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
