- Are you passionate about product security testing and vulnerability management? Adobe Product and Software Security is looking for a dynamic candidate with strong security knowledge to join our growing team. In this role, you will partner with the Engineering, Product and Security teams to coordinate and manage product security testing as well as customer pen testing and publish Security Testing Reports to build trust and transparency with Adobe’s customers. What you'll Do
- Coordinate the security testing program to ensure coverage for all products
- Work closely with engineering/product teams to scope, schedule and optimally complete the outsourced pen tests
- Partner with external security vendors for contract discussions, pricing, and consultant assessment.
- Drive security issues to resolution through continuous engagement with engineering teams
- Capture all related data and results from the testing to analyze metrics and improve the impact of the security assessments.
- Build Security Testing reports for products to provide transparency into all security testing coverage and results
- Build dashboards on PowerBI for data-driven analysis and remediation efforts.
- Coordinate with Security enablement organization to ensure coverage of customer requested penetration tests
- Provide support to Adobe’s customers on Security Testing related queries
- Triage, validate and retest security vulnerabilities and provide guidance to product teams on remediation efforts
What you need to succeed
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering or related subject area and at least 5 years of practical experience
- Deep knowledge of application security vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10) and mitigation techniques
- Strong understanding of common security concepts that support root-cause analysis to make data-driven decisions on vulnerability patterns and trends

- Knowledge of JIRA and PowerBI
- Experience in automation and scripting is highly desirable
- Knowledge of LLM testing methodology
- Pen Testing and Burp suite experience
- Dependability: Meets commitments, works independently, accepts accountability, handles change, sets personal standards, stays focused under pressure
- Ability to speak and communicate professionally
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
