The Opportunity

The Customer Insights Analytics and Data Growth & Platform teams are responsible for building analytics and data solutions to accelerate growth for Adobe's $18B annual recurring revenue Digital Media business. We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst with a strong track record of taking end-to-end ownership and delivering scalable solutions to enable our Mobile Analytics team and partners in a fast-paced and multifaceted business environment! This person will be a creative problem solver who is passionate about building innovative solution plus resourceful, collaborative, and insightful with the ability to work independently under time constraints. We need an exceptional BI analyst to uncover deep insights, enabling business users to make faster, data-driven decisions. In this role, you will demonstrate your critical thinking and technical expertise across multiple domains, driving the growth of our mobile user base. The position entails delivering vital insights to support GTM teams in decision-making and tracking business performance using a variety of key metrics.

What you'll Do

  • Analyze and interpret complex mobile data to deliver actionable insights through weekly/biweekly RTB (Run the Business) operations and deep-dive analyses.
  • Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports to track critical metrics for mobile analytics.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Design and implement data models and algorithms to improve mobile user experience and engagement.
  • Present findings and recommendations to partners in a clear and concise manner.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and standard methodologies in mobile analytics and business intelligence.

What you need to succeed

  • This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, or Analytics at a top management consulting firm, SaaS organization or financial services institution.
  • Proficiency in data extraction, transformation and analysis tools such as SQL, Python/PySpark, R as well as data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Must have strong hands-on working experience of more than one Database Platform (Ex: Databricks, MySQL, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Redshift, Azure SQL Warehouse etc.) with leading commercial cloud platforms like Azure, AWS and/or GCP.
  • Experience in mobile analytics domain with a clear understanding of mobile app metrics and user behavior analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with ability to engage and effectively present complex data insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills including talent for conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations.
  • Partner with multi-functional teams across various regions, including partner teams, to identify their analytical needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models and mobile app ecosystems is a plus.
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb new concepts quickly.
  • Self-starter with an ability to work through ambiguity and prioritize multiple projects and partners.
  • Experience working with a diverse distributed team across a complex, matrixed environment.
