The Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to join Adobe's Corp FP&A team. You'll play a critical part in facilitating corporate-level decision-making, guide company-wide financial planning, and scale new and existing processes. Beyond expense management, you will have opportunities to support various strategic initiatives and projects, including M&A, FX, Incubator support, company-wide fringe analysis etc.
What You'll Do
Play a key role in managing the periodic expense forecasting process, providing visibility and insights into results and trends.
Investigate and perform ad hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling to support the leadership team.
Act as an inspiring leader to improve and simplify processes, drive standardization, and build scalable solutions to support the next wave of the company's growth.
Leverage Power BI/Tableau to create and maintain reporting and analytical solutions.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
What You Need To Succeed
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Self-starter with an inquisitive mind, eager to challenge the status quo and provide recommendations.
5+ years of FP&A experience, ideally in large multinational companies.
Proficiency in finance systems and data visualization tools. Familiarity with SQL, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, and Anaplan is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated agility in learning and the ability to bring order to ambiguous situations.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
