The Opportunity

We need a dedicated individual to develop strong advocacy for the voice of the customer, and to help influence the next AI centered features for Adobe Stock customers. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders including Product, Strategy, and Campaign Marketing to help create high quality, efficient content marketplace experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver strategies including target audience needs definition, use case prioritization, messaging & positioning, and competitive assessment

  • Partner closely with Product teams to deliver best-in-class Stock search, discovery, and AI experiences.

  • Partner with strategy to help define quarterly, and long-term roadmaps, and carve out the best bets for success.

  • Deliver ongoing user and market research to uncover new insights, trends, and opportunities

  • Partner with campaign marketing teams such to ensure flawless execution of cross-channel campaigns, improving the brand’s presence and efficiency in acquisition efforts

What We’re Looking For

  • BA/BS Degree in business or marketing preferred OR 15+ years of experience in product marketing or marketing from a technology SaaS company OR equivalent practical experience.

  • Customer-first approach. Understand their needs and motivations to build outstanding messaging and value propositions

  • Passionate about helping creative professionals source and efficiently find the best pre-made content to streamline & elevate their projects.

  • Proven ability to partner with Product, channel, and go-to-market teams to define and implement new strategies and initiatives to achieve business goals

  • Experience partnering with market researchers and translating insights into measurable strategies

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $131,600 -- $250,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
