What you'll Do

  • Lead and mentor a team of software engineers to successfully implement high-quality software products

  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to identify project requirements and meet ambitious timelines

  • Coordinate the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance

  • Make sure the team follows industry standards and upholds a high level of code quality and performance

  • Foster a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team

What you need to succeed

  • Knowledge of Motion Graphics, Video Editing or 3D Engine software preferred

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience

  • Proven experience in software development and managing engineering teams

  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to drive projects to completion with flawless execution

  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with a focus on encouraging a collaborative team environment

  • Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $143,700 -- $289,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
