Individual ContributorThe Opportunity
Adobe Experience Platform is transforming how businesses use data and AI to deliver exceptional customer experiences. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our AI Assistant, redefining how marketers, analysts, and developers interact with Adobe products using natural language and agents.
This role will drive core product strategy and execution across agentic AI workflows, chat UX, and platform integrations, helping users go from question to action faster. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams to scale the AI Assistant from a helpful chatbot to an indispensable productivity partner.
What You'll Do
Stay close to users through interviews, feedback loops, surveys, and more, to uncover both spoken and unspoken needs. Be their voice in the room.
Synthesize what you’re hearing (from users, data, and the market) to identify high-impact product opportunities.
Define and execute the roadmap for Adobe’s AI Assistant in AEP, focusing on natural language interfaces, agent orchestration, and turning insights into action.
Partner with design to build intuitive, teachable conversational experiences that help users learn what’s possible and get work done.
Guide engineering and architecture teams with a strong point of view on user needs, the market, and how we differentiate from competitors.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams across product marketing, legal, GTM, and customer success to launch and scale new features.
Clearly communicate product vision and progress to leadership and team members across the org.
What You Need to Succeed
Have 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, ideally with exposure to AI, conversational interfaces, and data-heavy products.
Have shipped meaningful products end-to-end, from MVP to scale, and know how to bring cross-functional teams along.
Understand AI/ML concepts and how they power real-world applications—especially generative AI.
Are excited about the potential of generative AI, but stay grounded in what users actually need.
Care deeply about user experience and want to make AI feel less mysterious and more useful.
Can balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals—and explain your thinking clearly.
Communicate effectively with both engineers and executives, and enjoy translating between them.
Think and write clearly, with a structured approach to decision-making and communication.
Hold a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an MBA (or equivalent experience).
