The Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and roadmap for Adobe’s B2B Customer Journey products, including Adobe Journey Optimizer B2B Edition and Adobe Marketo Engage, within the Adobe Experience Cloud. In this role, you will define the future of B2B Customer Journey products, driving innovation to empower marketing and sales teams to engage buying groups with AI-powered, personalized content that accelerates pipeline and revenue growth. You will work closely with strategic customers to ensure value realization, collaborating cross-functionally to align product capabilities with market needs and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with Strategic Customers: Partner with high-value enterprise customers to understand their needs, drive adoption, and ensure measurable value realization. Translate customer insights into actionable product enhancements that address complex B2B use cases.

  • Build Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop a long-term plan for Adobe Journey Optimizer B2B Edition and Adobe Marketo Engage, in line with Adobe Experience Cloud’s goal of providing cohesive experiences for customers and businesses. Identify market opportunities, prioritize features, and drive innovation for B2B journey orchestration and marketing automation.

  • Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Work with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver scalable, secure, and impactful product features. Collaborate with Adobe Experience Cloud teams across tools like Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe GenStudio, Adobe Experience Manager, and Customer Journey Analytics B2B for a cohesive ecosystem.

  • Act as a leader: Represent Adobe at industry events, customer workshops, and internal forums, articulating the value of B2B Customer Journey products. Give strategic advice to customers and internal teams on standard methodologies for using B2B Customer Journey products.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Experience: 7+ years of product management or customer facing experience, with at least 5 years focused on B2B marketing technology, customer journey orchestration, or marketing automation platforms. Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, Marketo Engage, or similar platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly preferred.

  • B2B Expertise: Deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies, including account-based marketing (ABM), lead management, and buying group dynamics. Proven ability to address long sales cycles and complex decision-making processes.

  • Customer Focus: Demonstrated success working with large enterprise customers to drive product adoption and value realization. Ability to translate customer needs into innovative product solutions.

  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of SaaS platforms, APIs, and integrations, with experience working in agile development environments. Familiarity with AI marketing tools and data platforms like CDPs is a plus.

  • Strategic Vision: Ability to define and communicate a compelling product vision, aligning cross-functional teams around a shared roadmap. Experience driving product strategy for enterprise-grade solutions.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, computer science. MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $122,200 -- $234,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
