The Opportunity

The Senior Software Development Engineer will be responsible for designing and building applications and infrastructure to support various Finance, Accounting, Legal and Business Model Strategy organizations. This role will take the lead in developing an external customer portal that delivers actionable insights and supports a new go-to-market strategy.

What you'll Do

Build, develop, test and deploy services and tools for Finance, Accounting, Legal and Business Model Strategy organizations

Design, architect and develop an external customer console to enable customers to self serve analytics and forecast planning

Participate in all aspects of software development activities, including design, coding, code review, unit integration/testing, bug fixing and documentation

Design and maintain APIs to enhance data accessibility and integration
Develop web tools with web frameworks such as Flask, Django, Streamlit and React

Rapidly prototype ideas and concepts, and researching latest industry trends in areas such as big data, LLMs, and AI

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Preferred in Computer Science or relevant experience
  • 8+ Years Experience with BS or 5+ Years Experience with MS
  • 5+ Years Experience with Python, Javascript or equivalent
  • Experience with developing front end applications with React, Flask, Django or Streamlit
  • Proficiency with SQL Server, Databricks, Azure blob storage and other database technologies
  • Experience deploying and managing services and applications on Azure platform
  • Database design and architecture with a drive for delivering data with high throughput and low latency
  • Committed to finding solutions to challenges and enjoy creative problem solving
  • Ability to solve problems collaboratively and build strong relationships
  • Experience delivering quality process and outcomes
  • Process orientation with strong attention to detail

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $133,900 -- $242,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
