The challenge

The candidate will play a role in the transformation of Adobe’s Consumer Subscription processes. It is important that the successful candidate be open to continuous learning, mentoring, and innovative thinking. They will need to collaborate with multi-functional teams across various locations. As a member of the Enterprise Solutions Services Adobe Billing Services team, this Business Solutions Analyst will collaborate with other BSAs, Solution Architects, Support teams and Engineers to solve issues and ensure the integrity of our subscription billing processes. Candidate must have experience in SAP ECC/S4H platforms or equivalent, along with integration engine technologies. The core requirement is a desire to apply your experience and technical skills to the delivery of solutions that meet the demands of Adobe's high velocity subscriptions business. The focus of this technical/functional position will be supporting billing and financial solutions.

What you’ll do

  • Collaborate across the functional and technical teams to analyze issues impacting Consumer and Small Business subscription billing and payment processes
  • Work closely with other Adobe team members in an Agile environment to develop top quality solutions that address issues in the subscription billing and payment processes
  • Work with our Level 2 Support team to resolve issues facing our subscription customers
  • Work with engineers in the development and deployment of new code to address system issues
  • Work closely with Financial, Tax, Treasury and Reporting teams on issues related to Consumer Billing and Payment processes
  • Participate in Scrum meetings, Sprint planning, release planning, and Sprint retrospectives
  • Demonstrate a strong customer focus by monitoring processes which impact the consumer subscription business and recommending areas of improvement
  • Provide support in the resolution of customer impacting issues including problem analysis, testing, tracking and issue resolution
  • Promote continuous improvement and help teams improve efficiency

What you need to succeed

  • Ability to adapt, be flexible, and to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
  • Good interpersonal, communication, relationship building, organization, and time-management skills
  • Ability to express difficult and complex concepts clearly and concisely both orally and written
  • Experience in Agile methodologies
  • Deep functional knowledge of SAP ECC/S4H Sales & Distribution module with a focus on integration with financial modules
  • Experience in Revenue Recognition concepts and standards is considered an asset
  • An understanding of SAP ABAP code and utilities (e.g. debugging)
  • Experience in analyzing data in SAP data dictionary tables related to Sales & Distribution module
  • An understanding of distributed systems and micro-services architecture
  • Experience in HANA SQL query development is considered an asset
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs
  • An understanding of integration technologies such as Kafka and middleware tools would be beneficial
  • Bachelor or advanced degree in Computer Science, management information systems, or a closely related post-secondary program.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in supporting one or more modules in a large SAP ECC/S4H installation
  • SAP Certification in a Logistics/Sales & Distribution module is optional but desirable

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $107,900 -- $216,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
