The Data Governance Specialist will join our People Analytics team within Employee Experience, and report to the Sr. Manager of People Data Engineering & Governance. This role will work cross-functionally to support workforce analysis across the company, both with collaborators and technical teams. You will play a meaningful role in ensuring our data governance framework is robust, effective, and aligned with Adobe’s strategic goals. Responsibilities:
  • Build and own relationship with stakeholders (Data Engineering, Data Science, Analytics Business Partners, HR Technology teams)
  • Understand and up-level data quality, categorization, documentation, standards, compliance, and privacy
  • Consult with stakeholders and others across the business to build a deep understanding of current business priorities, and ensure reporting and analysis align with those objectives
  • Communicate prioritized initiatives and business context to the rest of the People Analytics team, and act as a driving force for clarity and execution
  • Create presentations and communicate insights to stakeholders in a way that promotes action and positive impact
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience working in HR, ideally in People Analytics, Data Governance, and/or consulting to organizations
  • Expertise in Data Governance or a related field
  • Proficiency in data security and compliance
  • Strong competency in using analytics to advance the business as well as the wellbeing of employees
  • Strong understanding of the HR landscape (functions and processes) and existing challenges and best practices
  • Strong ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $100,600 -- $206,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
