EMPLOYEE ROLE

People Manager

Our Company

Changing the world through digital experiences is what Adobe’s all about. We give everyone—from emerging artists to global brands—everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We’re passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.

We’re on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!

The Opportunity

We need an experienced leader in strategy and product marketing to join our team and help shape the go-to-market strategy for new product lines in the Adobe Experience Manager portfolio.

As a strategic leader on the business, you will work closely with multiple cross-functional teams to implement the GTM plans you develop. You will be expected to bring clarity and direction in a matrixed org, while aligning teams with different goals and strong opinions around a common vision.

The perfect candidate would be passionate about understanding customer needs and ensuring we have the core product marketing resources to empower customer success. You will also play a key role in partnering and training teams across sales, the global marketing organization, and business operations to ensure that product launches are successful. You will collaborate with product management and engineering on market requirements for the solution offering.

You will create and manage content for priority product and solutions launches on Adobe's website, collateral (datasheets, brochures, whitepapers, presentations, case studies), sales empowerment, partner engagement, and other content that you find crucial to expedite the business and product vision.

We seek a curious and quick learner with a creative problem-solving approach. The ideal candidate will analyze data and customer insights to identify industry trends, market strategies, and go-to-market priorities. Additionally, they will represent our company at industry events and customer meetings.
