What you'll Do
Develop and program coordinated software algorithms to structure, analyze, and leverage data in various applications.
Communicate descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive insights and algorithms.
Use machine learning and statistical modeling techniques to improve product/system performance and accuracy.
Translate algorithms and technical specifications into flawless code using current programming languages and technologies.
Perform testing, debugging, and implement efficiencies to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Complete documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance.
Apply deep learning technologies to enable computers to visualize, learn, and respond to complex scenarios.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate innovative solutions into Adobe's world-class products.
What you need to succeed
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in software development, particularly with machine learning and statistical modeling techniques.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
Ability to work with large-scale computing frameworks, data analysis systems, and modeling environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, ambitious attitude.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
