Document Cloud is the world's leading PDF and e-signature tools solution integrated across desktop, mobile and web. It includes Acrobat Pro DC, Adobe Sign and Document Cloud apps and services that work standalone or integrate with your existing productivity apps, processes, and systems.

In this role, you will lead efforts to scale our user base, increase engagement, and drive revenue by identifying new opportunities for monetization while enhancing the value we deliver to users. You will collaborate with various teams like engineering, marketing, design, and data analytics for excellent product experiences and business success.

What you'll Do

  • Be a part of the core product team for Document Cloud and help define the product vision. Work with highly motivated and hardworking engineering, finance, data analytics, data science, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to drive success for the business.
  • Research customer and market needs, conduct competitive analysis.
  • Implement complex growth strategies for acquisition, engagement, and retention, and deliver real-time personalized contextual intelligent experiences through the engagement platform.
  • Advocate for a customer-first approach, guaranteeing that new features and monetization strategies improve the user experience.

Who you are

  • Consistent record of defining product requirements and delivering successful products.
  • Bachelor’s in Engineering and MBA from a reputable Business school or equivalent experience.
  • Overall, 8-12 years of experience with a minimum of 5 years of post-MBA experience in a business role is desirable.
  • Analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense for how to get things done, through positive relationships across a highly matrixed organization.
  • Ability to prioritize in ambiguous situations.
  • Strong communication and social skills; ability to work across teams with geographically remote team members.
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to learn and adapt.
  • Experience in agile software development practices is desirable.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $122,200 -- $234,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
