Adobe offers an outstanding opportunity to join Adobe's content and collaboration platform team as a Staff Data Scientist in Hamburg, Germany!
In this role, you will infuse data and insights into every product development phase, shaping platform capabilities that millions of users depend on daily within Adobe Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, Experience Cloud, Express, and Firefly.
As a technical leader, you'll drive discussions at the intersection of data science and product management, aligning diverse perspectives across multi-functional teams across India, Europe, and the US.
What You'll Do
- Act as a trusted partner across the business unit to optimize key measures and nurture a culture of data-driven decisions.
- Deliver insights and recommendations to senior leadership, uncovering new ways to improve our platform and influencing strategy with clear, data-driven narratives.
- Build causal and predictive models and algorithms to improve customer retention, product virality, and platform efficiency.
- Develop and socialize data products, including dashboards, models, and self-service tools for answering product data questions.
- Lead the development of innovative, robust, and scalable data science solutions to measure impactful objectives and key results while setting the bar for data integrity and trust across business units.
What You Need to Succeed
- Proven track record of leading data science projects with measurable impact, supporting product development from concept to launch.
- Excellent communication skills and a clear point of view with the ability to persuade technical and non-technical collaborators in a fast-paced environment.
- Critical thinker who thrives in a dynamic and ambiguous environment and proactively identifies and frames high-impact business opportunities.
- Passion to mentor and amplify the growth and innovation of other senior team members.
- 8+ years of experience in data science or related roles, establishing relevant practices and standards for how data is used to solve general and unstructured business problems.
- Expert in statistical modeling or causal inference.
