The team you will be joining is a dynamic Agile front-end web development team with focus on productionizing and supporting GENAI stealth projects, thereby bringing brand new value to Acrobat web and Adobe. This is an opportunity to create and build apps that ultimately benefit millions of Adobe customers every day. We are looking for a Software Developer in Test (SDET) to join the core Acrobat Web team.
Team Responsibilities
- Continuous improvement is our goal!
- Participate in story mapping, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews on a strict two-week cadence.
- Review each other’s work to ensure high code quality standards.
- Successfully implement and deliver regular increments of shippable functionality on time with high quality.
The Role
- Have meaningful ownership. Determine and influence critical decisions about how we build and grow our software.
- Build outstanding digital experiences and create scalable systems.
- Improve existing automation test frameworks to add new capabilities.
- File detailed issue reports for failing tests and work on automated test cases to verify fixes.
- Periodically review specifications and test plans, identifying gaps in coverage and supplementing with new test cases.
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
- Look for ways to continually improve testing and automation.
- Work effectively in a dynamic and ever-evolving environment.
What is Needed to Succeed
- BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience with strong computer science fundamentals.
- Proven passion for new tools and technologies.
- 3+ years of full-stack Web Development in a testing role.
- Hands-on experience with test frameworks and test development (e.g., Selenium).
- Experience with CI/CD and web performance.
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems and the bug lifecycle.
- Experience with JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS, ES6, JavaScript frameworks is a plus.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $113,400 -- $206,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
