The Opportunity

We seek a highly motivated and strategic Product Marketing leader to join the Direct-to-Student team in Adobe’s Higher Education business. This is an outstanding chance to be on the team that is driving the D2C strategy for new product lines relevant to student audiences globally. You will use market trends and customer insights to build targeted audience segments, expand personas & lineups, craft compelling messaging, and identify key use cases to increase market penetration.

What you'll do

  • Develop and implement effective product marketing strategies that generate demand

  • Critically evaluate new growth opportunities and provide guidance on prioritization

  • Work closely with multiple cross-functional teams to plan, implement, and optimize. You will be expected to bring clarity and direction in a matrixed org, while aligning teams with different goals and strong opinions around a common vision.

  • Build compelling product positioning, value prop messaging, and competitive differentiation to ensure Adobe’s products stand out in a competitive marketplace.

  • Lead market research efforts to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, providing actionable insights to the team.

  • Produce high-quality marketing content for acquisition through digital channels

What you need to succeed

  • Degree or a minimum of 12-15 years of experience that is equivalent

  • Proven PMM track record, preferably within the tech or digital space

  • Outstanding communication and storytelling skills

  • Strong analytical approach with the ability to use data to make informed decisions

  • Entrepreneurial attitude with a passion for leading 0-to-1 marketing initiatives

  • Collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Passion for digital experiences and a deep understanding of Adobe’s product offerings

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $146,300 -- $273,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
