Adobe Illustrator is a professional vector graphics editor developed by Adobe. It allows users to create scalable artwork using lines, shapes, text, and effects. Unlike raster images (like photos), vector graphics do not lose quality when resized. Illustrator is commonly used for logo design, illustrations, typography, and digital art. We are looking for someone to join the Adobe Illustrator team who is innovative, user-focused, and future-oriented. The ideal candidate is passionate about building next-gen technology that empowers designers, solves real-world problems quickly, and sees challenges as opportunities. A deep understanding of the designer mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a drive to simplify creative workflows are key.
What you'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications using C++.
- Work across multiple platforms including macOS, Windows, and Linux.
- Apply software engineering principles to architect clean, efficient, and scalable systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.
- Present technical ideas clearly and effectively to team members and stakeholders.
Skills you'll require:
- B. Tech / M. Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from a best-in-class institute.
- Strong proficiency in modern C++ (C++11 or later).
- 8+ years of work experience
- Experience working with macOS, Windows, and Linux environments.
- Solid understanding of software design principles and design patterns.
- Proficiency in data structures and algorithms
- Good understanding of object-oriented design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
Bonus skills:
- Experience with Python programming is a plus.
- Knowledge of Python for scripting or automation is an added advantage.
