We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our Strategy and Business Operations team supporting Technical Pre-Sales. This role will focus on managing internal product initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, drive adoption, and improve user experience across our internal tools and platforms.
You will be the central point of coordination for product development efforts, working closely with developers, stakeholders, and end users to ensure timely delivery, clear communication, and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination & Execution
- Lead daily standups with the development team to ensure alignment and momentum.
- Track and manage issues using Jira, ensuring timely updates and resolution.
- Maintain and communicate the product roadmap, aligning with business priorities.
- Keep track of project progress and share frequent updates with collaborators.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Manage collaborator documentation such as project briefs, status reports, and release notes.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication with cross-functional teams.
- Raise risks early and propose mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Product Management Support
- Gather and document needs from internal users and collaborators.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on impact, urgency, and feasibility.
- Drive user feedback loops to inform product improvements.
- Support internal product adoption and usage through enablement and training initiatives.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in project or product management, preferably in a technical or SaaS environment.
- Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, and other project tracking tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and collaborators simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and daily standup practices.
- Experience working with technical teams and understanding of software development lifecycle.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a product development, engineering or internal tools environment.
- Background in strategy, operations, or business analysis.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
