The Opportunity

Adobe is seeking a Senior AI Enterprise Architect to join our Enterprise Architecture Center of Excellence (COE) within Adobe Technology Services. This role will play a critical role in crafting the technical strategy and architectural foundations for enterprise solutions across Adobe’s internal systems. You will partner closely with product, engineering, and business teams to deeply understand and design scalable, secure, and future-ready architectures that accelerate AI adoption and innovation across the enterprise.

What You’ll Do

  • Architect and drive the implementation of AI/ML platforms and services that support enterprise-scale use cases across marketing, sales, finance, legal, and employee experience domains.
  • Serve as a senior technical leader with vision and trusted advisor to multi-functional teams, translating business needs into robust AI-enabled architectural solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture CoE team to define reference architectures, patterns, and governance models for AI integration.
  • Partner with ATS Sr AI Product Management to champion adoption of Adobe’s own suite of products and services, incorporating them as standard patterns that can be showcased with Adobe's best customers worldwide.
  • Lead architectural reviews and provide hands-on guidance and expert advice for solution design, data pipelines, model deployment, and orchestration frameworks.
  • Ensure AI solutions align with enterprise standards for security, compliance, scalability, and performance.
  • Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and industry trends, and evaluate their applicability to Adobe’s internal ecosystem.

What You Need to Succeed

  • 8+ years of large enterprise experience in enterprise architecture, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML systems design and deployment.
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, including data engineering, model training, MLOps, and responsible AI practices.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering innovative AI solutions using platforms such as Azure ML, Databricks, Vertex AI, or similar.
  • Strong experience delivering enterprise integration patterns, APIs, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native design supporting large scale enterprises.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical team members.
  • Experience working in a large, federated enterprise environment with multiple business units and technology stacks.
  • Familiarity with tools like Textio, Workday, and Adobe’s internal platforms is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience delivering GenAI frameworks and LLM orchestration (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel),
  • Strong expertise integrating AI / ML technologies into highly complex, enterprise grade CRM and ERP platforms.
  • Background in data governance, model risk management, AI ethics.
  • TOGAF or similar architecture certification.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $148,500 -- $281,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
