The Opportunity

Join our Revenue Operations team as an outstanding Internal Product Manager 4. Contribute to advancing Quote to Cash (Q2C) processes and driving groundbreaking change at Adobe.

What you'll Do

  • Cross-functional Leadership: Serve as the central point of contact for Q2C initiatives, leading all aspects of deal structures, quoting, contracting, product delivery, and order management. Collaborate closely with business and IT teams to align needs with system capabilities and drive iterative improvements.
  • Product Ownership: Define and prioritize user stories, epics, and feature backlogs. Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories, wireframes, process flows, and functional specs.
  • Scrum Coordination: Coordinate across multiple agile teams to ensure roadmap alignment, timely delivery, and integration across Q2C workstreams. Work with SMEs to gather requirements and build a backlog of user stories for project delivery.
  • Process Mapping & Optimization: Develop and maintain process flows and gap analyses for current versus future state Q2C processes.
  • Communicating with Collaborators: Regularly update executive sponsors, business partners, and project teams. Take on the role of an inspiring leader in driving scalable, user-focused Q2C process improvements.
  • Change Management: Partner with change management teams to develop rollout strategies, communication plans, and adoption metrics.
  • User Training & Enablement: Support documentation, training materials, and hands-on training sessions to ensure effective onboarding and ongoing enablement of end users.

What you need to succeed

  • 6-10 years of experience in finance or accounting Product Management, Business Systems, or Program Management roles with a strong focus on Quote to Cash processes.
  • Solid understanding of Q2C flows, including quoting, CPQ, contract management, provisioning, and order management.
  • Outstanding communication, facilitation, and collaborator management skills. Must be able to articulate complex processes to diverse audiences in large group settings.
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty around projects and initiatives.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, etc.).
  • Experience in SAP and/or S4HANA is a plus.
  • Experience with SCRUM is a plus.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $111,000 -- $212,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
