Our team is looking for an Engineering Manager to join a high-impact DevOps team (ACPC Pipeline) based in Bucharest, driving CI/CD innovation for Adobe Cloud Platforms and Collaboration (ACPC).

The Opportunity

You’ll lead a small, agile team that powers delivery infrastructure used by numerous Adobe products, directly influencing how we ship software to millions of users.

What You’ll Do

  • Shape the Roadmap: Collaborate with global engineering leaders to define and deliver on strategic goals. Translate high-level plans into actionable Jira tasks.

  • Lead & Grow the Team: Set goals, mentor engineers, and support career development through regular 1:1s and performance reviews.

  • Drive Technical Excellence: Define and uphold SLOs/SLIs, contribute to codebases, and guide architectural decisions with hands-on support.

  • Communicate Impact: Present quarterly updates to stakeholders and ensure alignment across geographies.

What You'll need to succeed

  • 2+ years in engineering management with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Proficiency in:

    • Languages: Groovy, Python, Shell, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js

    • Tools: Jenkins (and Shared Libraries), Docker, Kubernetes

    • AWS: Lambda, CloudFront, DynamoDB, S3, VPC, API Gateway

  • Experience with CI/CD systems and cloud-native architectures.

  • A Computer Science degree or equivalent industry experience.
