Director, Product Management - Firefly Site
Adobe Software
JOB LEVEL
M60/P60EMPLOYEE ROLE
People ManagerThe Opportunity
Firefly is one of Adobe’s boldest investments in generative AI, and we're looking for a Director of Product Management to shape its web and mobile experience. This role is grounded in both creativity and experimentation—ideal for a leader who thrives at the intersection of product strategy, data science, and user experience. You'll join a team focused on pushing boundaries and unlocking new ways for people to create, ideate, and connect through AI-powered tools.
What you'll Do
As the product lead for the Firefly Site, you’ll guide the evolution of a fast-growing platform! The work is varied and cross-disciplinary—from growing and supporting a team of PMs across mobile, homepage, growth, and workflows, to working side-by-side with data scientists, engineers, and creative peers.
You’ll shape how people experience Firefly—how they find it, use it, return to it, and build with it! That means tuning performance, refining cross-product journeys, and ensuring that every touchpoint—from homepage to mobile app—is responsive, intuitive, and impactful. You’ll use behavioral data and experimentation to inform decisions and build systems that help your team do the same.
This role is less about owning a roadmap and more about evolving one—through listening, pattern recognition, iteration, and strategic bets.
What you need to succeed
You’ve spent a decade or more building products and teams in complex, fast-moving environments.
You’re fluent in the language of data, experimentation, and storytelling—and just as comfortable diving into a dashboard as you are aligning senior leaders.
You’ve led at scale, but you value precision and clarity. You think in terms of systems, user journeys, and long-term impact.
You bring curiosity, urgency, and care—especially in the way you build teams and shape product experiences. You’re excited by the idea that generative AI can unlock entirely new forms of creative expression, and you want to help lead that transformation from the front lines.
