Workfront Planning is a fast-growing product within Adobe Workfront, built to help enterprise and marketing teams align strategic priorities with day-to-day execution. It brings planning, visibility, and orchestration into one collaborative system—enabling teams to move faster, stay aligned, and deliver outcomes with greater clarity and confidence.
We are hiring a Senior Manager of Product Management to lead the next chapter of Workfront Planning! In this role, you’ll guide a team of product managers as they scale and evolve the product based on strong early traction and customer adoption. You’ll be responsible for deepening core capabilities, expanding enterprise value, and shaping the strategic roadmap that connects long-term vision to near-term impact.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned product leader who thrives in growth-stage environments. They know how to drive clarity in complexity, mentor and empower product teams, and partner effectively across engineering, design, go-to-market, customers, and strategic partners. They are customer-obsessed, data-informed, and energized by building systems that scale. With a mix of strategic vision and hands-on execution, they’ll help establish Workfront Planning as the foundational system of record for global marketing teams and agencies.
What you'll Do
- Lead a global product management team for Adobe Workfront's newest capability, Workfront Planning, ensuring world-class product development and execution.
- Collaborate closely with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams to determine and prioritize product features and improvements.
- Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide product strategies and ensure Adobe Workfront remains a leader in the industry.
- Engage with customers and collaborators to gather feedback and insights, driving continuous product improvements.
- Monitor product performance and metrics to inform data-driven decisions and achieve business goals.
What you need to succeed
- 8–12+ years in product management, with 3+ years leading and developing product managers.
- Outstanding leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of guiding teams to success.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, able to effectively prioritize and handle various projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and collaborators.
- Demonstrated ability to compete in fast-paced environments and drive flawless execution of product strategies.
- Flexibility in working with international teams and traveling internationally.
- Experience with Adobe Workfront, Adobe Experience Cloud, or related platforms are a plus.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
