Role Summary:

We are seeking a forward-thinking AI Learning Specialist to design, implement, and manage AI-powered learning solutions that drive adaptive, data-driven, and personalized learning experiences. This role combines instructional design, data analytics, and AI/ML integration to transform how learners interact with digital content in corporate or educational environments.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Design & Development

  • Create adaptive learning modules using AI-powered platforms.
  • Use AI tools to co-develop learning content, videos, assessments, and microlearning.
  • Translate business needs into AI-based learning use cases that deliver measurable impact.

🔹 Integration of AI Tools

  • Collaborate with L&D teams and IT to integrate AI/ML tools into LMS/LXP environments.
  • Train internal stakeholders on how to use AI tools to generate content, personalize learning, and analyze data.
  • Set up chatbots and virtual assistants for on-demand learning support.

🔹 Learning Analytics & Optimization

  • Leverage AI and machine learning to analyze learner behavior, engagement, and knowledge gaps.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve learning journeys using AI dashboards.
  • Continuously test and iterate based on AI-driven insights and feedback.

🔹 Research & Innovation

  • Stay updated with AI trends in education and L&D.
  • Evaluate new tools and propose pilots or prototypes that align with learning innovation goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in L&D, instructional design, or digital learning development. Experience in managing sales and customer experience business.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools in a training, coaching, or content creation context.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and data-driven learning design.

Preferred Traits:

  • Passion for learning innovation and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into engaging learning experiences.
  • Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams (L&D, IT, HR, Product).
