The Opportunity
We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior BI Developer to join our experienced software design team. As a member of the Field Tech BI, Product & Ops team, you will have the unique opportunity to deliver change, serving in a role that supports multiple, large business functions worldwide. You will assist with all functions of software coding and design. You will also work closely with Business analysts, understand the design specifications, and translate the requirements into a database, ETL or reporting solution.
What you'll Do
- System integration of heterogeneous data sources and working on technologies used in the design, development, testing, deployment, and operations of DW & BI solutions.
- Build and maintain user documentation, architecture designs, and data flow diagrams.
- Support delivery of scalable solutions on the MSBI platform.
- Implement source code versioning, standard methodology tools, and processes for ensuring data quality.
- Collaborate with business professionals, application developers, architects and technical staff in an Agile process environment.
- Work with Product Delivery Managers to define release, training and business organizational change plans.
- Autonomously drive development across the project team.
- Deliver standard methodologies in QA, UAT and PAT; support End User training.
What you need to succeed
- 7+ years of relevant work experience with SSIS, SSAS, Data Warehousing, Data Analysis, and Business Intelligence.
- Minimum of 3 years as data analyst or in hands-on business process management role.
- Must have authoritative knowledge of SSIS, SSAS, TSQL, stored procedures, and database performance tuning.
- Strong in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, and Dimensional Modeling concepts with experience in designing, developing & maintaining ETL, database & OLAP Schema and Public Objects (Attributes, Facts, Metrics, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability of delivering intuitive products that improve the end user experience and drive adoption.
- Must have ability to ask good questions for understanding business needs and clearly explain technical concepts and analysis implications to a wide audience.
- Self-starter with a high degree of self-management and commitment to delivery timelines.
- Must have the ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic, demanding and fluid environment and maintain a can-do style.
- Possesses a collaborative working style; comfortable working independently and multi-functionally in a geographically distributed matrix organization.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related STEM degree.
Preferred Skills
- Development experience building and designing Reports and Dashboards using BI reporting tools like SSRS, Power BI, etc.
- Development experience in building business applications with good command on OOPS, and scripting languages such as .Net/C#/Java/PHP.
- SaaS, Tech and/or Sales Ops business knowledge.
- Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
- Ability to work in a team environment and be detail oriented.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $101,300 -- $206,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
