As a Business Process Analyst on Adobe's Workfront Product Operations team, you will be essential in encouraging alignment across the Workfront and Adobe Experience Cloud Product teams. Your strategic contributions will ensure we meet customer needs and achieve our ambitious product objectives. Key Responsibilities
• Support and drive alignment across Workfront and Adobe Experience Cloud
Product teams.
• Lead all aspects of and implement processes in product planning, including objectives and key results, planning cycles, QBRs, and product reviews.
• Manage business processes and ensure execution.
• Analyze business data and deliver actionable insights.
• Apply tools and technologies to optimize operations.
• Assist in budget management and financial tracking.
• Contribute to key communications to improve team efficiency.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
