The Opportunity

The International Strategy and Product Management Team (ISPM) is looking for a dynamic, versatile, technical, and business-minded Product Manager. We are responsible for crafting outstanding, culturalized product experiences worldwide! The Global Insights and Growth Strategies (GIGS) team specializes in identifying the most impactful areas of investment for maximum impact to user experiences. We run rich analytics, build country specific opportunity insights and develop region-specific strategies.

You will have the opportunity to work on innovative projects and new product developments. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners from the initial stages of development through to post-launch reviews. Additionally, you will advise senior management on international strategies for building web and mobile applications.

What you'll Do

  • Develop insights on business performance across web and mobile applications, identifying key opportunities for growth in priority markets.
  • Evaluate product plans including feature development, integrations, language support, and launch strategies, and provide feedback from an international perspective.
  • Participate in regular RTB meetings, representing the interests and needs of international customers.
  • Analyze the adoption, usage, engagement, and other relevant post-launch indicators and generate periodic reporting.
  • Study international user’s use cases and workflows for each platform and build competitive intelligence to provide actionable recommendations to product leaders. Leverage primary and secondary research tools and work with partners in order to build comprehensive insights.
  • Work with specialists from different verticals and regions and provide country specific deep-dives as required by the business.
  • Analyze different sources of data and derive correlations & create visualizations that highlight most impactful areas of investment based on cost-benefit analyses, and influence collaborators to pitch the most compelling cases.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including products, analytics, finance, marketing, & GTM to align strategies, and continuously refine the growth initiatives.

How you will succeed

  • 3 years of experience or more in product management, preferably in a subscription-based software business
  • Strong exposure to data driven growth product management. Good understanding of growth metrics (product usage metrics, customer acquisition, engagement and retention metrics, & financial metrics in subscription business)
  • Strong customer empathy, especially for international customers. International exposure is a plus.
  • Proven track record of deriving concrete and effective insights using both quantitative and qualitative data, with a good proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau/PowerBI/Adobe Analytics
  • Experience running competitive analysis across multiple regions, products and surfaces with a focus on audience-led use-cases and multi-product workflows.
  • Communication, presentation and influencing skills, as well as the ability to work with diverse groups across the company, and a passion for building the standard methodologies and products in the industry.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $102,000 -- $197,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
