About the Role

The individual in this role will be the primary owner of global territory management processes for our Business Development Rep (BDR) organization. They will lead the development and execution of scalable account and regional assignment strategies, manage ongoing territory realignments, and ensure accurate implementation within Anaplan. This individual will work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and strategy teams to ensure BDR territories are efficient, and optimized for growth. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to shape global processes and drive measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage global BDR territory design, assignment logic, and operational execution
  • Develop and maintain scalable playbooks for account and region assignments across global markets
  • Support and lead recurring territory realignments in partnership with regional sales and strategy teams
  • Maintain accurate territory mapping and alignment logic in Anaplan
  • Serve as a liaison between the BDR organization and global funnel operations for all territory-related matters
  • Monitor and continuously improve the fairness, coverage, and performance impact of territory assignments
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales operations, strategy, and analytics teams to ensure alignment with GTM initiatives

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in sales, marketing or revenue operations
  • Experience managing territory design or sales coverage planning at a global or regional level
  • Hands-on experience with Anaplan, Salesforce, D365 or similar planning and CRM platforms
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaborator management skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with a global scope

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting BDR or SDR teams in a high-growth enterprise environment
  • Familiarity with global sales models and regional market dynamics
  • Prior experience leading territory or segmentation workstreams during GTM transitions or system migrations

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $84,300 -- $163,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
