About the role: Generative and agentic AI are dramatically changing marketing and creative workflows. This confidential effort represents an opportunity for Adobe to lead this change and prepare teams for an AI-native future.

Summary: We are seeking a dynamic, experienced B2B Product Marketing Manager to support strategy and go-to-market success for a new strategic imperative for Adobe. This team will also develop positioning, thought leadership and the overarching narrative for the group’s solution set, along with related customer-facing outputs, and contribute to the success of the portfolio of innovative AI-first solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of our enterprise customers and align with Adobe’s overall strategy.

Scope pillars (more detail for each below):

New product launch (confidential) traditional product marketing responsibilities to carry out go-to-market activities across Sales, Partners, and Marketing channels, plus alignment on GTM with other relevant product teams at Adobe

Thought Leadership (i.e., content marketing) – contribute to the development of authoritative, compelling insights and perspectives, driving awareness and vision match of Adobe’s capabilities tied to Firefly Enterprise solutions.

Portfolio Messaging: Develop cohesive messaging and value props for the portfolio full portfolio of solutions, and on-going alignment with broader Adobe narratives

Key Responsibilities:

New product launch (confidential):

  • Customer and Market Insights: Conduct research and gain first-hand knowledge with customers to understand needs, trends, and competitive landscape. Synthesize insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.

  • Product Strategy and Roadmap: Contribute to the product strategy and upcoming calendar of new product and feature releases

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Execute, with leadership’s direction, comprehensive GTM plans, including pricing, packaging, positioning, messaging, and launch strategies.

  • Content Development: Lead the creation of high-impact materials, including white papers, videos, case studies, presentations, and web content.

  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales to create and deliver training, sales tools, and collateral that effectively communicate the value prop. of the solution.

  • Customer Engagement: Engage with key customers to gather feedback, understand use cases, and develop customer success stories.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, sales, engineering, and other teams to ensure alignment on product strategy and execution.

Thought Leadership:

  • Development: Help define priorities and desired outputs by working closely with BU, sales and marketing teams. Manage vendors, design research, and work with marketing to create outputs (i.e., whitepapers, videos, interactive experiences)

  • Amplification: Collaborate with marketing to ensure outputs are leveraged in campaigns, web, events, etc. Represent insights in digital executions (e.g. webinars) and customer settings (e.g., customer meetings, events, conferences)

Portfolio-level Messaging:

  • Messaging development: Create a cohesive, easy to understand narrative and messaging hierarchy tied to the full portfolio (Firefly Enterprise and GenStudio). Oversee continuous message testing and evolution per customer engagements.

  • Outputs: Develop customer-facing presentations tied to these narratives. Influence cross-product demo strategies (within and beyond BU), present in customer settings, enable key stakeholders (field, marketing, web, analysts, etc.)

  • Cross-Adobe alignment: Ensure alignment with and influence on other key Adobe narratives (e.g., Adobe’s AI story, CXO story, Content Supply Chain, Creation & Production, etc.) through collaboration across both Adobe teams

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 8+ years of Enterprise product marketing experience, or 10+ years of B2B sales or marketing experience, preferably with a mix of AI, software, and creative tech.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred

  • Skills:

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate customer and market insights into actionable, outcome-based business, product, and marketing strategies.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – can distill complex concepts into powerful, relevant, and easy to understand narratives.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven track record of collaborating and influencing in a matrixed / cross-functional organization. You can think pragmatically and communicate honestly and directly up and down the org charge and across different functions.

  • Broad knowledge of Adobe’s products for enterprise customers, and ecosystem across clouds is a plus.

  • Customer Focus:

  • Ability to develop a deep understanding of customer needs, and the ability to translate them into compelling marketing strategies.

  • Ability to confidently present our solution and/or portfolio’s value proposition, vision and insights in various settings (e.g., CECs, Conferences, Roundtables)

  • English language fluency

  • Ability to travel (25%+)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $120,700 -- $213,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
