Individual ContributorAdobe is driving its business into the Cloud and is looking for key engineers to help us get there. We are looking for someone who has hands on Enterprise Software experience, familiarity with Amazon Cloud Services/Microsoft Azure, and experience working with customers to keep them in the game. As we continue to expand our product offerings across the marketplace, you will support our customers in the deployment, operation and upgrade of their sites on single tenant AEM deployments.
The challenge Cloud Deployment Engineers are technology-savvy individuals who have experience in Cloud, Automation and Infrastructure and know its value in driving company strategies in Digital Marketing. They work as back-end technical team for our clients to provide technical support, work in various troubleshooting & maintenance tasks and providing solutions along with Customer Success Engineering team to ensure overall customer success. This position includes all of the following aspects –
•Strategic support and consulting in Adobe’s Digital Experience best practices, and bridging communication into Digital Media
•Strategic enablement of customers by providing support for deployments, key product upgrades, regular maintenance activities, major production cutovers & releases
•Provide triaging support for resolving critical incidents
•Focus on ensuring service level agreements for customers
Skill Requirements
•BE/B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent
•Overall 4/5+ years of relevant work experience
•Strong knowledge of RedHat Linux and Java system
•Troubeshooting experience in procution and non-production environment
•Experience with Amazon Web Services and/or Microsoft Azure infrastructure highly desired
•Experience with Enterprise critical software is essential, with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) a strong plus
•Experience with long term operation, troubleshooting, and upgrade of Enterprise software a plus
•Good written and verbal communications
Good knowledge & understanding on web technologies (like JavaScript, CSS, HTML etc.)
•Ability to demonstrate genuine concern, anticipate needs, and address customer or team or project needs
•Experience with Automation tools such as Maven, Jenkins, Git is good to have
•Experience with Chef/Puppet/Salt Stack is good to have
•Nice to have scripting skills in Bash/Ruby/Python
