I am looking for a Technical Product Manager who will partner with Adobe Marketing, Sales business users, operations teams - to identify key business requirements/problems, prioritize solutions, work with various execution teams and drive them to successful completion and achieve the business goals.
This product manager will collaborate with business teams, other Product Managers, Program Managers, and Co-lead the planning, testing and execution of business requirements on an Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution. The role will also partner with technical and UX teams to design and develop technology solutions that deliver exceptional customer experiences.
ATTENTION: This specific role will be working in Adobe Experience Platform & MSFT Dynamics and will be primarily focusing on the Marketing Operations and Sales experience in AEP & MSFT Dynamics. Individuals with hands on technical knowledge around Dynamics and Adobe Experience Platform- will be preferred.
What you’ll do
- Partner with business users to understand the current state process around Marketing & Sales at Adobe and then build the future state on a target solution – AEP and/or MSFT Dynamics.
- Lead and facilitate process improvements sessions with business customers.
- Drive and influence the product vision, collaborate with architecture, design and engineering teams to deliver right business results
- Responsible for communicating/aligning with internal customers and technical teams on product vision and strategy.
- Strategically align with other architecture, engineering and product teams on the delivery of interdependent solutions and initiatives
- Lead the planning, documentation, and delivery of run-the-business requirements and large technology initiatives
- Leads User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business testers, and works with the Quality Engineer to define acceptance tests for features
- Manage and prioritize product backlog, collecting defects and improvement requests
- Support Release Planning, scheduling backlog items into regular releases aligned to business priority
Qualifications
- 6+ years of product management experience is required with experience in launching global large-scale technology solutions
- The candidate should have a good technical understanding of the Marketing and Sales capabilities on relevant technologies like Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) & MSFT Dynamics.
- Should have 3+ years of hands-on experience analyzing, defining and modeling/building unified customer profiles using customer experience management platform - AEP.
- Experience with data ingestion, transformation, and modeling.
- Familiarity with ETL tools and APIs for integrating various data sources.
- Understanding of identity resolution and customer profile unification
- Hands-on experience with AEP components such as Real-Time CDP, Journey Orchestration
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure and data lakes.
- Ability to optimize work flows and build scalable systems. Manage data storage, ingestion limits, and API usage
- Should have experience implementing these solutions at other enterprise customers like Adobe
- Should have solid experience in Scrum or similar Agile development methodology
- Self-starter that thrives in the face of challenges
- Proven track record to operate effectively with general mentorship on new projects
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to work with engineering, operations and non-technical audiences, as well as, communicate effectively to individual contributors, management, and executive leadership teams
- Demonstrates experience communicating and advocating programs to customers and/or internal team members
- Strong people skills, with distinctive ability to motivate and influence people without authority or a direct reporting relationship
- Excellent conflict-resolution management skills, ability to effectively facilitate teams to the successful resolution of issues
- Bachelor’s degree in CS or related technical field, or relevant work experience is highly desirable
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
