Individual ContributorThis is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth, high-visibility team at Adobe launching game-changing subscription service products that help customers accelerate path to value and drive revenue for the business.
The role will partner closely with ACS sales leadership and cross-functional teams to operationalize strategic initiatives, optimize sales processes, and support scalable growth of the Ultimate Success and Integrated Services business across North America. The ideal candidate brings experience supporting both direct and indirect sales teams, and excels at driving business impact through data, process excellence, and collaboration.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver actionable insights to improve sales execution and support strategic decision-making across the field.
- Own RTB cadence with regional sales team driving forecast accuracy through rigorous inspection of pipeline health, opportunity progression, and lead conversion.
- Lead initiatives to improve sales processes / systems and remove operational friction. Optimize CRM usage and reporting frameworks to streamline workflows and enhance data visibility.
- Lead preparation and execution of Sales QBRs, ensuring alignment on performance metrics, strategic priorities, and operational initiatives.
- Partner with Finance and GTM teams to ensure planning processes are data-driven and scalable. Support territory design, quota setting, and annual sales planning to align resources with growth targets.
- Partner with cross-functional operations team to facilitate knowledge transfer of high impact deals, influencing resourcing strategies to support accurate demand analysis
- Provide strategic recommendations to influence roadmap decisions and go-to-market approaches.
- Monitor contractual usage, delivery activity, and renewal patterns to identify retention risks and growth opportunities.
What you need to succeed
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint with familiarity building models and exec-facing presentations
- 5-7 years of outstanding analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, including conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with people at all levels
- Comfort working through ambiguity and building structure around abstract problems
- Understand the big picture and prioritize issues objectively, focusing on specific details.
- Attention to detail and pride in delivering your best work
- Curiosity, initiative, and the desire to experiment
- Demonstrated passion for digital experiences and/or cloud technology
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
