The Opportunity
As a Technical Product Manager in the Workplace Technology team, you will lead the evolution of how Adobe monitors, maintains, and improves its global AV conference room ecosystem. This role emphasizes a data-first approach to understanding system health, availability, and performance, ensuring that every conference room—from the smallest huddle space to the largest event venue—delivers measurable value to Adobe employees. You will shape the tools and metrics that inform the future of AV products, meeting technologies, drive accountability through data, and help scale our AV services globally.
You’ll work closely with AV product, designers, engineers, architects, and partners in Workplace Experience and Adobe’s Technology Services to define and implement step change improvements to processes and user experiences through insights, telemetry, and intelligent automation. Your work will help Adobe unlock smarter decisions and more proactive support through real-time data and continuous improvement—including using AI and machine learning to identify trends, predict issues, and optimize user experience!
What You'll Do:
- Data Strategy: Leverage end-to-end data telemetry for in-room collaboration technology—developing actionable dashboards, partnering with analytics teams, and defining important metrics that guide operational decisions.
- Incident & Problem Management: Coordination of major incidents affecting collaboration spaces, driving rapid resolution, clear communication, and post-incident reviews. Analyze recurring issues to identify root causes, implement preventative measures, and continuously improve platform stability and user experience.
- AI-Driven Insights: Identify and advance opportunities to use AI to proactively detect issues, automate root cause analysis, and uncover experience gaps through large-scale data analysis.
- Toolchain & Platform Development: Optimize the monitoring, automation, and alerting tools that identify issues proactively to scale conference room availability.
- Technical Collaboration: Partner with engineering to develop and improve API integrations and analytical performance logs.
- User Experience Insight: Collaborate with support teams to correlate technical performance to identify targeted user experience improvements.
- Vendor Influence: Use internal data and trends to inform and influence vendor roadmaps, ensuring third-party platforms evolve in line with Adobe’s needs.
- Operational Readiness: Define SLAs, support proactive incident management, and collaborate with operations to build data-informed maintenance routines.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in a technical role related to collaboration technology, AV, IT systems, or workplace tech operations.
- Proven success using and launching data performance platforms, tools, or dashboards that drive measurable improvements.
- Experience applying AI or machine learning to operational, experience, or performance data a strong asset.
- Solid understanding of real-time media delivery, AV system monitoring, and how real-time AV solutions impact customer experience.
- Familiarity with platforms like Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, production technologies and associated APIs or management tools.
- Working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate data stories to both technical and non-technical customers.
