What you'll Do
- Lead and encourage a team of product managers to deliver outstanding products
- Develop and implement a strategic vision for product development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless product execution
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to determine product roadmap
- Successfully implement strategies that drive product adoption and customer happiness
What you need to succeed
- Degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years of practical experience
- Proven track record in product management
- Outstanding leadership and collaboration skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
